We did not stay at the hotel, but the pool area is still nice, except for the birds. Looks like another 6 months to get this place up to standards. as long as its completed at least 48 hours before your check-in date. The new Cork & Fork restaurant doesn't even show prices, most will not be able to afford that. The old section of the casino is completely blocked as they remodel, so it is a very long walk from the pool and hotel to the gaming area. It doe not compete with Gila River casino theater at all. Most of the games appear to be in the new 'concert area?' but it is comparable to a junior HS gym/stage area. Unfortunately, there are few if any new slots, and NO ONE was winning. The roads are still under construction including the main highway in front of the property. The front desk has multilingual staff standing by 24 hours a day to assist with luggage storage and tours/tickets. As it has the casino.after we parked our car- I looked up the property, looks nice but not the greatest one. So we went Harrah's Ak-chin Casino in Maricopa. After long day in Phoenix, we were looking something to enjoy our evening and to have some fun.
