I am actually composing this from my IPad during one of my 2 Comp’d days at Hollywood Casino. If it were not for the very helpful and friendly personnel I believe all of my play would move. However, they have added 1 game back recently the Big Bang, but only 1 they have room for games yet they do not refresh them to some of the many games that ARISTROCRAT has created and I find many new games at their sister store that I mentioned and spend far less in Cincinnati and receive fair comps in the mail vs the amount I have been spending to receive no mail comps from Horseshoe Southern Indiana. It was not uncommon to have to wait to get to play them. One of the things I like from a casino is fresh video slots, it has been easily over a year they removed Iron Man and Monopoly that was always busy. Your games are not even keeping up with the Horseshoe in Ohio, They have a well-lit, well stocked gaming area and when they get a new game they don’t just get one like you did the Big Bang, unless you want to feel like you are waiting for an amusement ride don’t come for the new game or maybe games, like I said unless you just want to sit and wait. I will no longer call the horseshoe and seem as though it is a pain for them to talk to me about a comp, even combining mine and my sons play for 1 night was all I was asking for any day Mo-Thurs and they would only price one at 75 +10 for calling them and 10 resort fee ( Which i get nothing the TV channels did not change, I have a WI-FI hot spot on my own and at 75 I do not use the gym) So for that extra fee, kind of like luggage fees at airports for a less than quality of a holiday inn range hotel, in my opinion at least. That is one of the reasons I am going to Hollywood this time, new games, I have not been there as often but they are comping 3 nights and I could not get Horseshoe to comp one night even though the win loss is quite in the houses favor.

If you want to play one of the new games here that they drop in from time to time get ready to wait in line as new ones are a rare commodity.

If I had to relate this to another casino it would be rising star except rising star has some of the new games.
